Short term bridging finance support is available through our own funding lines. This type of loan is typically suitable for very
short term refurbishment projects requiring quick but yet flexible funding with minimal underwriting on non status basis.

Key Points..

• Funding from £10,000 upwards with no upper limit.
• Loans available on first or second legal charge basis.
• Funds available on residential or commercial projects and up to 85% of property value.
• Further advances made against an increasing valuation.
• Term generally between 3 to 12 months
• Monthly interest rate from 0.75% to 1.75% per month dependent on loan to value and term.
• Arrangement fees typically between 0.5% to 1.5%
• Valuation and legal fees charged at cost.
